Return Eligibility
- Products: All books, calculators, and other physical materials purchased from SkillsPrep can be returned.
- Digital Courses: You may request a return for any digital course purchased.
Return Period
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $7.50 will be applied to each item returned. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
Digital Course Returns
Upon processing a return for a digital course, you will be automatically unenrolled from the course, and you will no longer have access to the course content.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team to create a ticket to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will respond to the ticket with instructions on how to return (if applicable) anything that was purchased.
- Ship Your Items: Once your return request is confirmed, please ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support. Item(s) must be shipped in a box with appropriate protection to ensure that nothing is damaged.
- Receive Your Refund: After we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund.
