Can I get a mastery assessment reset?
We understand the importance of these assessments in optimizing your learning experience, allowing proficient learners to bypass material they are already familiar with.
Our policy is designed so that mastery lessons can be attempted once, aiming to accurately gauge the user's familiarity with the content. Should a score of 95% or higher not be achieved, we encourage learners to engage with the lesson material to reinforce and expand their knowledge, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. We do not reset lessons in order to maintain the integrity and fairness of the evaluation process for all learners. There are no exceptions to this rule.
